At the Von Pellet Gun Factory (just off of Highway 7), Shirley reminds herself that she has 3 hungry children waiting for her at home. Young’ns that she has to soley clothe and feed. She despises his daily barrage of unwanted jokes, gestures and the many offensive words on his clothing. How she hates his unwelcome comments and repartee. Too many times he has touched her inappropriately and participated in other bodily contacts such as scratching or patting her back. She pretends she does not see, when she watches him grabbing other employees around the waist and interferes with her coworkers ability to move. She’s got those babies at home, cryin’ in their pens, so she will continue to ignore his repeated requests for dates and his unwanted, disgusting flirtations.
Day-after-day, she will pretend she does not notice his displaying of sexually suggestive objects, vaginal pictures and/or or posters on the many walls she is forced to pass through, as she enters the Von Pellet Gun Factory. He doesn’t know this, but she secretly wears audio-proofed cotton earballs to avoid having to listen to the sexually suggestive ographic music that fills the successful factory in which she must work. Only a few more years of this, Shirley. Only a few more years…

Mind-boggling. Really – an argument from ‘immaturity’? I know straight couples who are far far more immature. Do you want to start giving ‘maturity’ tests to people before they get married too? Ugh!
Please people, leave a comment or video response. This blows my mind.
Here’s his letter:
MUST ATHEISTS SUPPORT HOMOSEXUALITY?
I am a life-member of American Atheists and a family man and I do not support gay rights.
I never considered homosexuality unnatural nor immoral, just immature. You doubt me? Look around you during gay pride marches. Do these men look mature to you? Holding hands like lost little boys? Kissing like pubescent girls? In public, they draw a lot of attention to their conduct, as their camp mannerism needs an audience. Once separated and alone in a room full of heterosexuals, they behave with furtive embarrassment, knowing they are subject to ridicule if they act up.
During puberty, homosexuality is a curiosity to be explored, like kissing and petting. Therefore it is not unnatural to see boys and girls explore the sameness in others. It is neither immoral because this is after all nature and nature exploration comes naturally.
But in adults, it is not a show of great maturity turning to a fellow weakling for sex. I never understood why a weak male couldnt wed a strong female and start a perfectly happy marriage. They can have children and still swing with similar couples. But matrimony among same-sex couples? That must be the invention of a starving divorce lawyer!
Or do you think there is an ulterior motive? By mimicking the heterosexual, so called nuclear, family, through gay-marriage, homosexuals have a foot in the door for adopting children. Now they can close that door and accost the children à gogo. Supply and demand go hand in hand across the land.
Neither do I understand why homosexuals need special rights? What do they fear? Do not all men and women have already equal rights, whether they prefer to live a heterosexual or homosexual lifestyle? Do they need extra rights to protect their immaturity? Some homosexual leaders go as far as to say that their gay pride marches are for civil rights like the struggle for equality the Blacks suffered until the 1960s. Forgive me, but I dont see drinking fountains and restroom doors For Homosexuals Only, although I wouldnt mind. The problem for homosexuals is simple: nobody takes them au sérieux. Theyre a laugh. They are homosexual one day and bi-sexual the next. Do we need restrooms for heterosexuals, homosexuals, and bi-sexuals?
Homosexuality is a sexual retardation. Homosexuals argue that homosexuality is acceptable because it already exists in the animal world. It does also in lunatic asylums. Isnt this evidence enough that homosexuality is immature and unintelligent by their own admission?
A constant excuse is that homosexuality is a choice and not an illness. This rationale gives the claimant the choice to molest. We see this in monasteries and seminaries. If we let homosexuals be teachers and parents, youngsters will get the impression that gay exhibitionism is just another form of physical deviation like being overweight or smoking cigars. Homosexual tutorage or parentage deceives in a childs learning as to what heterosexuality, the majority lifestyle, is. Like children from a polygamist family, kids reared in a homoerotic environment grow up to be sheepishly shy, furtive and embarrassed, when out of doors. Not to mention the ridicule they receive from their mainstream classmates. Social isolation constricts the childs developing into a normal, healthy, happy maturity and leads to frustration, substance abuse and crime.
Some try to attack religion as a foe to adult homosexuality. No religion can claim that adolescent homosexuality is immoral because sexual experimentation is as natural as blossoming. However, every religion has its own moralities that differ from each other. Whether its nudity or homosexuality, there is no way that religion can berate natural development of the human body. Homosexuality among adults is an expression of immaturity which all of society must condemn because of its vile menace to children. Gay males now use the girls bathroom. Is that OK in your childs school?
One lesbian blogger states that ity is worse than homosexuality. Is it? ity is not corrupting our schools! The comical theatricks of femininity in men and masculinity in women taken from the gay pride marches into the classroom are purging our younger generations. The militant phase with the farcical face of homosexuality is a growing threat to all sectors of society. The efforts to penetrate families and schools to mislead kids that homosexuality equals heterosexuality is poison in your childs milk.
What would the world look like if homosexuality were the rule? Is it soon unlawful to warn against that? The word homophobia itself is a perversion. It vilifies the normal guy for decrying abnormality.

Do you know how to deal with harassment and discrimination at work?
Armed with a digital video camera, two Bay Area high school seniors interview young people at work, on the street and at school about tackling workplace harassment and discrimination.
Kendra and Danielle created this short video as part of a month-long internship with the EEOC’s Youth@Work Initiative, a campaign to ensure positive first work experiences for teens. (Special thanks to Jackie Alarcon and her Peer Resources classes at Galileo)
Note from EEOC-San Francisco District: a captioned version of the video is on its way… until then here is the transcript of the video:
“How many of you have witnessed sexual harassment on the job?”
“Sometimes people go too far too, and when you go too far, we’ll tell them, you know, like, ‘don’t say that.’”
“It was sexist.”
“…remind you: at the store, the customer’s always right.”
[screen title] What would you do?
[voice over] Every year, millions of teenagers enter the workforce. Some are just looking for a summer job, some are saving up for a car, and others need money to support their family. But it can be hard to know what to expect from a first job, and sometimes teens have trouble standing up for their rights. As part of the Youth@Work campaign at the EEOC, we went out to talk to teen workers about workplace harassment and discrimination.
[screen title] How would you respond to harassment or discrimination at work?
“Probably just, uh, probably just keep it to myself for a while, until I found out if it was serious.”
“If it was to an extent where I was bothered by it, I think I’d have to confront them.”
“Like, probably, like, complain to a superior.”
“Probably first bring it up to my boss if it was like a coworker. Um…I don’t know what I would do if it was my boss harassing me. I mean, I guess threaten to quit.”
“I’d talk to my manager…whoever’s in charge.”
[voice over] We found that a lot of young workers know when their rights have been violated, and they know they should do something about it. But if that’s the case, then why has workplace harassment and discrimination become such a prevalent issue for teens.
[screen title] Where would you turn if your boss didn’t take action?
“If it continued from there, I don’t know where I’d turn.”
“I’d get a lawyer or something.”
“Uh…I don’t know, yeah.”
“I don’t know. I don’t really know where I would go.”
[voice over] That’s the problem. Teenagers don’t know where to go if top management doesn’t help them. It’s hard to stand up for your rights if you don’t know how to back them up. That’s what the EEOC’s for: to enforce our basic rights. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is a federal agency that fights harassment and enforces equal rights. It investigates complaints based on color, race, disability, religion, national origin, sex, and age over 40. if any of these laws has been violated, the EEOC takes action. But the EEOC can’t effectively do its job if young workers don’t know it exists.
[screen title] Have your ever heard of the EEOC?
“The what?”
-The EEOC
“[laughing] Oh I thought you said the OC. Um, no.”
“No.”
“No.”
“Is that… No, wait what is? No, I’ve never heard of the EEOC.”
“It sounds familiar but I don’t know specifically.”
“Um, no.”
“No.”
[screen title] Let’s change that.
