Pushup Positioning

Is there a better upper body weight exercise than the pushup? Well, the answer to that question may be debatable. However, it is certainly not debatable to say pushups can greatly enhance the upper body. But, most people never develop their maximum potential because they employ the same ‘standard’ hand positioning. To get the most out of your pushup workouts, you should vary your hand positioning. That means you should use wider grips, grips that are narrow, inverted grips, etc. This will change the stress points and enhance a greater variety of muscles in the upper body.

Perform these exercises six days a week and you will see good results. Think about the form too!
