I need to find a current lawsuit against Ferguson enterprises inc
suit. I know the name of the accuser and the company. I do not know what county. I am pretty sure any results have to be published. Any help would be great!!! Thank you

Contact the Chicago areas clerks of court. Any court records that are not sealed are public record. A lot of the time they are on the internet. If not, you can request a copy, but you will probably have to pay shipping and copying fees.

Please use these records if you do get them responsibly. I’m sure that the parties involved already have enough going on.

    The lawsuit would be filed in the court of clerk’s office in the county of the company where the incident happened or where the person filing lives. If you know the law offices involved they can tell you where the lawsuit was filed.
