Do you ever think you are being lied to about easy weight loss. All these new diets say that they are easy to follow but in reality if the diet is an extreme change to the way that you already live then it won’t be easy to follow. As human we are creatures of habit and most of us like routine. To change the way we have been living for many years will be hard. To make a dieting easier try to pick a program that can get you results without dramatically changing your lifestyle, if you don’t like exercising for instance try a diet that is mainly about your food intake. But remember it has to be sustainable or you will just put any weight loss back on again.
