Can you think of anyone who would argue with the fact that being able to access your computer remotely is of potential benefit?
I certainly can’t. Especially considering the times when I’ve been away from my desktop and have forgotten to sync my laptop.
Of course an easy solution is remote pc access software but there are several to choose from.
You might even be thinking of a VPN (Virtual Private Network) but when it really comes down to it, with all the expensive software, hardware, and administration of it, there are certainly easier solutions.
Several products are out on the market now that allow completely web-based access to all of your files in a very secure environment.
I could go on forever, but the sheer convenience of having a completely web-based solution is a good reason to go with remote pc access software versus VPN.
