    My father was diagnosed with Diabetes a few years back and since that time he has developed wounds on the sides of his feet. Anyway, these wounds require care and one day while I was at the wound care clinic with him I decided to read all of the medical stuff hanging on the wall. Amazingly enough, I did not see any advertisements for Medifast or Nutrisystem.

    What I did see though was a very thought provoking article about the value of sleep. The article basically stated that getting proper rest was essential to dynamic health and weight loss. Can you believe that?

    At 31 years of age, I seem to have it all. A nice house, a lovely wife, a healthy daughter, and a thriving business which I have started from scratch. So what else could I need?     We humans have throughout the years invented all kinds of non organic foods which causes our body to inflate. In addition if you think about it there is really no way back unless we look into some diets that work and learn from it how to eat correctly and healthy. The food that we normally eat, not only the junk food, also the healthy food that contains different kind of preservatives does in fact heart our body and causes it to gain weight and have a slow digestive and low metabolism in general.     I was a fitness freak back in college, It was one of those years that I’m really active on physical activities such as sports, mountain climbing, and many more. Also during those times I can eat whatever food I like and not worry on gaining any weight.

I notice that since I started working on graveyard shift my weight started to change. Also many people who rarely sees me started saying to me that I’m starting to get big.
