Sexual battery normally involves some type of assault. Sexual abuse is normally just unwanted sexual contact.

As to her brother getting out of jail? Depends upon the evidence against him, the quality of lawyer he hired, and the victim’s desire to prosecute.

Rape and Peds – Castration/sterilization. if they can not use their equipment appropriately they don’t need it. Abuse and neglect – The children should be removed immediately and the parents barred from any and all future propitiation. Sexual harassment is a form of assault, both should be dealt with at the same level. What we need is tough standardized laws across the nation.

* well like any other person they tend to have foreplay. if your a male ..think of it as in what you would do to a women before sex. if your a female think of it as what a man would do to you before sex (if your straight/bi) pretty much it will be similar.

Speak to someone at the Ministry of Labour in your province, and consult a Legal Aid lawyer, if you have copies of your shifts before the talk with the manager, plus in some case at least here in Ontario you have to have worked there for 3 months to have any grounds for action, most other provinces to. I am a former chef and worked in 7 of the Canadian provinces before I retired as a chef, and check with the local labour standards department.

The thing is it will your word against hers and they would have document the number of male to female workers also, just make sure before you do anything to check and ask questions to the right people.

It is still illegal to discriminate based on sex, religion or race but sexual orientation was never on the federal list. I believe it is on the list in twelve states and DOC.
